Important Safety Instructions:

Electrical Safety Warning: Always disconnect the power supply before opening the top cover to install or replace an internal SATA hard drive. Servicing internal components while connected to power risks electrical shock and device damage.
Verify Power Adapter & Connections (Power & Voltage): Operate the NVR strictly using the original external 48V DC power adapter. Ensure the local AC outlet matches the adapter's input rating, and route power cables away from foot traffic or sharp edges to prevent electrical hazards.
Ensure Free Air Circulation (Thermal Management): Position the unit on a stable, level surface with at least 5 cm of clearance around the side and rear ventilation grilles. Do not cover the vents or stack heat-generating equipment directly on or under the recorder.
Mount Hard Drives Safely (Storage Handling): Power off the NVR completely before connecting or removing a 3.5" SATA hard drive. Avoid sudden movements or physical vibration while the system is writing data to prevent disk failure and loss of footage.
